CHG-MERIDIAN now represented in Spain and Poland
Weingarten, 12 April 2005
CHG-MERIDIAN Deutsche Computer Leasing AG has set up new subsidiaries in Spain and Poland and now operates in 14 European countries.
CHG-MERIDIAN Computer Spain S.L. was registered in Barcelona, Spain, on 1 April 2005. The new subsidiary is headquartered in Barcelona and has opened a branch in Madrid. The company is already active in the leasing market and employs three people in Barcelona and one person in Madrid.
The Polish subsidiary, CHG-MERIDIAN Computer Leasing Polska Sp. z.o.o., was set up in Warsaw at the beginning of 2005 and is still at the initial development stage. It will shortly be recruiting staff so that it can operate in the Polish market.
Like their German parent company, the Spanish and Polish subsidiaries will both specialise in IT leasing for medium-sized and large companies. In establishing these two subsidiaries, CHG-MERIDIAN is responding to the needs of clients who are increasingly doing business in these countries or have their own subsidiaries there and would like to draw on CHG-MERIDIAN's services locally. One of CHG-MERIDIAN's main goals for 2005 is to enter further international markets. In opening its new Spanish and Polish subsidiaries it has already gone some way to achieving this objective.
Established in 1979, CHG-MERIDIAN Deutsche Computer Leasing AG is one of Europe's leading independent leasing companies specialising in information technology.
