TESMA Online – Setting new standards for your IT service processes

In close cooperation with our customers we have optimised our web-based Asset Management system, TESMA Online, to meet your individual needs. A new release has been implemented, which serves as the central communication platform and allows a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of all IT Service processes – anytime, anywhere. It can be easily adapted to your individual requirements and, in just one click, allows the retrieval and administration of all the relevant hardware, installation and financial data of each device throughout the entire lifecycle.
Since a flexible modular structure with an ease of operation have been our top priorities during the development of TESMA Online, we not only optimised existing modules but also supplemented them with completely new ones. Asset Tracking and Ticket Management are two such examples. The capability of integrating data of your own IT equipment has been further developed and numerous new features ensure an even higher degree of flexibility: referenced fields for your customer-specific requirements, e-mail interfaces for optimised communication, workflow functions to ensure smooth processes, role and user group concepts for enhanced control of your processes, to name but a few.
TESMA Online is a proprietary development of CHG-MERIDIAN. A select team of developers ensure that new requirements are implemented continuously. Being the core of our service policy, the continuing development of TESMA Online will remain one of our top priorities.
